Twenty-five year old Cassandra Lee Ramsey went missing in late 1999, her body would be found some five months later just outside of Hastings, Oklahoma. She had been left naked in a creek. Initially, her death was ruled undetermined, however investigators would later come to believe that she was the second victim of the Lawton Serial Killer.
