Thirty one (31) years ago, Cab Driver, Bobby Adams was working his typical graveyard shift for C&H Taxi in Charleston, WV. The shift which started at 4pm and lasted until 3:00am, is notably a dangerous one, extending into the early morning hours when the cities vagrants run amuck.
